I’d like to be the first to congratulate you on the new look and feel of your Team Talk. Over the recent months your corporate staff has been very busy upgrading and creating a new look for your online tools. And that includes the completely redesigned and released replicating websites.

So if you have not viewed your new site take a look and by all means please take advantage of the customization features which allow you to feature a select group of products and most importantly, to customize your site with your picture and biography. That will allow guests to your site to get to know you better, learn your GNLD story and put a face with a name and website.

So, if you don’t have a replicating site, get one! And for those of you who already have a replicating site, please take the time to personalize it.

You know, in this information age we must become more proficient at using technology. Believe me, even though you have the absolute best products and in the world, if you’re not able to be competitive and tell your story 24 -7 - 365 days a year… you are at a distinct disadvantage!

And to round out the technology aspect of my message I want you to spend some time on your new Team Talk and enjoy all the great new features. While we still have the same great features such as recognition, incentive updates and business news I think you will find this new format more interactive, informative and enjoyable. Best of all our commitment to improving our communication and tools will not stop here. With your help in the coming months we will begin to feature Distributor profiles, audio messages from your leaders and even updates from the SAB. That’s right…. Team Talk has never been this much fun so enjoy and pass it along to everyone on your team!

Now that you’ve heard about the technology side of our business let me briefly tell you about the ever so important and special human side. Last week we completed another amazing Leadership Seminar and I have to tell you. I’m certain the content, facility, group of Distributors and enthusiasm was our best ever! It was held at the Hayes Mansion in San Jose, CA which is an absolutely gorgeous Spanish-style turn of the century mansion that has been turned into a world class corporate conference center. The food was great, the rooms were fantastic but most of all the personal growth and bonding that took place was spectacular.

If you and/or others on your team have not qualified to attended Leadership Seminar you’ve got to make it happen. If you have attended Leadership Seminar then you need to encourage others on your team to qualify and attend as well because it really is a tipping point for many on your GNLD journey.

There’s nothing more rewarding than to see a spouse show up at Leadership Seminar, start off kind-of quiet and not knowing what to think of all these crazy people called GNLD Distributors. Then a day later, they become a team captain or catalyst for their team during the games and then on the final day, with tears in their eyes, they’re telling anyone who will listen how GNLD has changed their life forever.

This Seminar is not just about knowledge, it’s about becoming a real believer in what you do and learning that while this business can be tough at times, it’s also well worth it because the personal development and joy that comes from helping yourself and others is among the greatest joys of the world.

I want to personally say thank you to all our 2008 Leadership Seminar graduates. I hope you enjoy the photos of our great time together and remember…. Pass your new found knowledge on so you can allow others on your team to experience all that Leadership Seminar and GNLD are about.
